1.Is it necessary to uninstall demo version of the software before installing full version licensed software?
We recommend you to uninstall the demo version of the software before installing or using the full version software to ensure proper working of the software.
2.I have lost my download link for FAT data recovery software. Can you resend it to me?
Yes sure, please send us your information including your name, order ID and address/email address; we will resend your download URL.
3.How can I activate my product?
You can activate your product using the activation key send to your Email Id with software.
4.The download link you have sent me is not working. What should I do?
Please copy and paste the URL in the address bar of your browser. Please ensure while copying that Download URL link starts with ‘http’ and ends with ‘.exe’.
If the download URL has expired or has exceed the maximum download limit, please send us your order id details, your name and Email address. We will resend it to you.
5.The downloading link is showing error while installation process?
Your installer may have been creating problem. Send us details of your system configuration including Operating System, file system and so on and contact us for further assistance.
